[concept only, Beta ver. 2010-Jun-7] donation box for FCG

1. Purpose: raising money for FCG's charity activites at working sites and warehouse.

2. Spec. of the donation box (hearafter "box"or "the box")
2.1) a transparent box that is mobile, can be carried to working sites.
2.2) with 1 lock and 3 keys
2.3) say 20cmW*20cmD*20cmT(maybe better if 30cmT)
2.4) to be put in coins and united invoices only.

3. Timing of usage:
For FCGers to donate their NT coins or united invoices during FCG activity. Giving away of the coins not only reliease the weight of their purses but also fill FCG's charity fundation.

4. Manual
4.1) WHO? firstly, decide the 1st keeper and 2nd keeper of the box. Only the 1st/2nd is authoried to open the box.

4.2) WHAT condition before use? Keep the donation box (hearafter "the box") locked and empty whenever re-use.

4.3) WHERE and WHEN to show up the box?
4.3.1) @the working site from the beginning to end.
4.3.2) @the bus when travelling.

4.4) HOW and WHO?-2 When raising the coins or invoices, a FCGer to hold and watch the box so that the others can put in stuffs. This FCGer better be beloved one (male could be acceptable) , non-keeper is OK.

4.5) WHO?-3 and HOW MUCH? Right after money-raising ends, the the keeper opens the box to count the amount of the coins and the quantity of the invoices, then anounces the result of donation in the public and deliver that to FCG's finacial manager.
